Message from Brad
People hire me because my number one focus is leaving the audience better than when I met them. Each story, joke and conversation is systematically chosen to be of benefit to the people listening to the message. I invest time in each event by showing up early, staying late and going above and beyond what is expected to provide an unforgettable experience.
There is nothing more rewarding than when I am contacted by students who say, “I am reaching out to share with you how your message changed my life.”
If you are looking for someone to deliver your students the opportunity for personal growth, I am the speaker for your event.

Brad Killmeyer is a Professional Speaker, Author of the book “Write to Dream” and Owner of Formulate Your Future. Audiences connect with his humor, positive attitude and appreciate how his life stories are relatable to their own. He appeals to a full range of student backgrounds, academic levels and interests.
He grew up and still lives in the greater Pittsburgh area. In high school, Brad was a three-sport athlete, served on student government and received his school’s humanitarian award.
Brad graduated in 2011 with a degree in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College. He started his career as a financial advisor for three years, but the work was very different than he expected.
Then one day his mother called about a small ad in the Sunday paper. It was for an open interview to be a recruiter for a local technical school. That one-inch ad forever changed his life. For two years he was the technical school’s most successful recruiter and discovered his passion for working with youth.
In September 2014, Brad started his own business “Formulate Your Future” dedicated to serving and inspiring youth.
Personally, Brad married Nicole Morrow on June 24th, 2016. She is a teacher and together they enjoy spending time with family and vacationing at any beach.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College (2011)
Brad saved over $50,000 by graduating in just three years. He accomplished this by taking Community College Classes starting in High School and continuing his education during the summers. It is a life-changing lesson for students and families.
